Charmaine Pwerle Anmatyerre, b. 1975

Charmaine Pwerle is presently one of the most poignant and accomplished of the emerging Utopia artists in Central Australia. Her lineage traces to a family of distinguished artists with remarkable cultural and artistic knowledge, by which she emulates and reinterprets within her own practice.
